In the heart of the fishing village

It is the sea and the small harbor which make for the atmosphere at the tranquil and idyllic fishing village of Marina di Pisciotta.

Family Pagano’s lovely small guest house lies detached on a slightly sloping property above the harbor and the seaside promenade.

From Villino Pagano it is a mere 50 meters along a stepped path to the sea as well as the promenade with a small grocery store, with bars and restaurants. The gently sloping beach, which, depending on the current, has either more sandy or more pebbly sections, is about 300 meters off.   

The heart of the holiday home is the large, partly roofed terrace, from where your gaze roams over and dives into the quiet of the deep blue sea and from where you can watch the outgoing fishing boats while enjoying a glass of Cilentan wine.

Upon entering Villino Pagano, you find yourself in the eat-in kitchen with cozy wooden furnishing. While cooking, you might let your gaze drift out through the window onto the sea.

The kitchen of your holiday home includes, amongst others, a gas stove, an oven and a refrigerator.  

Adjoining the dining area, there is a double bedroom with TV as well as a small bedroom with bunk bed (3rd / 4th person, suitable for children).

The windowed bathroom of the holiday home is equipped with shower cabin, WC, bidet and washing machine.

Villino Pagano also features WLAN, air conditioning with heating system, outdoor shower and fly screens in the windows.

Spend the sunshine hours of your Cilento holidays on the furnished, partly roofed terrace (table and chairs, sunbeds and armchairs) of Villino Pagano. Enjoy the wonderful view of the sea as well as the atmosphere and the activity at small Marina di Pisciotta.

Parking may be found at the church square above the holiday home (a ca. 100 m walk from the house).

Surroundings, shopping & beach

Marina di Pisciotta has a small grocery store which is open year-round, bars, a kiosk as well as several restaurants. Particularly recommendable - fish restaurant D’Angolina, located right where the lungomare starts. Delicious pizza is served from May to beginning of October at bar Caffé del Capitano right at the seaside promenade.

From the village church, you can start on a lovely walk uphill to the authentic mountain village of Pisciotta with its very well preserved medieval center (about 20 min.). After arriving there reward yourself for ascending the partly steep path by savoring a glass of wine and some stuzzichini at Cantina Lamadé or a delicious meal at Osteria del Borgo or retaurant Tre Gufi. And - enjoy the terrific view of the Cilento coast.

It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach of Marina di Pisciotta. Above all during low season there are hardly any people there. Longer and fine sandy beaches are found when heading towards Palinuro (e.g. the sandy beach of Saline).
