Villa Tramonto at Marina di Pisciotta in the Cilento is modeled on a “tipica casa pisciottana“, yet offers the comforts of a modern holiday accommodation.

The owning family of Villa Tramonto took old postcards and photographs as templates according to which they built their holiday home.

When strolling through Pisciotta you rediscover the beautiful stone facade, the two-storey outline, the “balconcini”, the typical roof ledge and the design of the windows in the old palazzi of its centro storico.

The four French balconies and the large terrace of your holiday home, a semi-detached house, offer a wide, open view upon Capo Palinuro and the Cilento coast with its Saracen towers – a very special experience during a “tramonto”, i.e. at sunset, which the holiday accommodation was named for.

The sense of open space and spaciousness is not only felt outside, but also inside the holiday accommodation.

The high, white wood beamed ceilings make for an airy and bright atmosphere in the over 40 sqm living area with adjoining open dining-and-kitchen area. The tasteful couch corner with open fireplace and TV is where you can relax and spend leisurely evenings together inside.

In the built-in kitchen you find, amongst others, a dishwasher at your disposal.

One of the bathrooms, which is equipped with shower/bidet/WC and washing machine, is also located on the ground floor.

High-quality furnishing is found on the upper floor of the holiday home, too.

The three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single, are tastefully furnished. An additional bed for a sixth person can be set up in the twin bedroom.

The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with shower/bidet/WC.

The house is located only about 200 m from the sea (bee-line). The beach is at a walking distance of about 1 km, by car it is about 1.5 km.

The nearest shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are found at Marina di Pisciotta, about 1.5 km from Villa Tramonto.

It is a ca. 1.5 km walk or a 3 km drive by car to the picturesque mountain village of Pisciotta.
