Holiday home Villa Alba is located on a panorama estate on the slope between Marina di Pisciotta and Pisciotta.
Villa Alba lies in the heart of the Cilento. The area around Pisciotta is famous for the “gold of the Cilento”, olive oil.
Pisciotta has inspired the owner of Villa Alba, who lives in Northern Italy, in a very appealing way. The beautiful stone façade of the semi-detached house, which was built in 2006, resembles the façades of the old palazzi in Pisciotta’s centro storico.
Inside Villa Alba offers modern comfort, the high-quality furnishing of the rooms displays a sure sense of style. The holiday home covers two floors with altogether 120 m2 of living space. Almost all of the rooms offer a view of the sea.
The view from the ca. 50 m2 terrace in front of the house is marvelous, with the sea stretching out at your feet. Enjoy this view, a “cornetto” and a “cappuccino” and a relaxed start into your day.
In the living area on the ground floor you can make yourself comfortable in the couch corner with SAT-TV and in front of the fireplace. From there as well as from the dining area with kitchen you have got sea view. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, amongst others.
The bright furnishing makes for a tasteful and inviting atmosphere. From both the living area and the kitchen area you have got access of the terrace. A bathroom with shower/bidet/WC and washing machine is also found on the ground floor.
The three bedrooms are found on the upper floor of the holiday home. One is furnished with a double bed and has two French balconies with sea view. The single bedroom has a French balcony with sea view as well. The twin beds in the third bedroom, also with French balcony, can be rearranged into a double.
The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with shower/bidet/WC.
Parking is available above the house on the property of Villa Alba.
The villa is only about 1 km from the beach (pebble) and the small fishing village of Marina di Pisciotta with its small grocery stores, café bars and restaurants.
In medieval mountain villages, for example the main village of Pisciotta about 1.5 km off, you can go on a discovery tour of times long gone and at the same time take part in still authentic Southern Italian village life.
Nearest train station: Pisciotta-Palinuro.
