The location of this holiday accommodation is truly a rarity: It is in an ancient olive grove in the immediate vicinity of the sea that you find the former manor Acqua Bianca.
The 5 hectare estate of the current owner stretches all the way to the steep coast.
The rustico was built at the end of the 19th century in Marina di Pisciotta’s Località Acqua Bianca. Unoccupied for a long time and then gradually renovated, the historic building today stands in renewed splendour as a spacious holiday home which accommodates up to nine persons.
Inside, the old, high ceilings provide for an airy and spacious atmosphere.
Due to the slightly sloping premises, the entrance at the back of the house is at ground level. From here, you access the large living-dining room on the first floor. The cozy living area with sofa corner, fireside and SAT-TV is separated from the dining area by a round arch.
Dining furniture, a table and four chairs, is found in the dining area as well as in the kitchen. The latter opens onto the spacious terrace of Casa Acqua Bianca which offers a wonderful view of the nearby sparkling Mediterranean Sea.
The two bedrooms on this floor are furnished with a double bed and two single beds, respectively, and also offer access of the terrace.
The two bathrooms are equipped with bathtub/WC/bidet and shower/WC/washbasin, respectively. There is also a washing machine at your disposal.
The granny flat on the ground floor can be rented additionally. It includes two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms, a live-and-eat-in kitchen with SAT-TV and a roofed terrace. This flat is also furnished with a washing machine. If you rent only the main home, the granny flat remains vacant.
The ca. 10,000 m² property surrounding the house is partly fenced. There is a roofed parking space for your car next to the house.
Bars, restaurants and a small grocery store are found at Marina di Pisciotta, ca. 1.5 km off. It is a 5 minute drive to the main town of Pisciotta, but if you don’t mind the ascent, you can follow a foot path to the mountain village.
To get to the lovely, partly sandy beach of Marina di Pisciotta, you need only follow a narrow foot path for about 800 m. Below the steep coast, about 100 m from Casa Acqua Bianca, there is, depending on the sea state, a narrow bathing spot which is accessible via a stepped path (currently the path is not open).
Nearest train station: Pisciotta-Palinuro (ca. 4 km).
