Holiday home near the sea on spacious premises

Near the marvelous, scenic coastal road of Maratea, in the district of Cersuta, lies family Ianni-Iurillo's holiday home on a 5000 sqm property with fantastic panorama.

Villetta Annamaria includes two sea-view terraces, a balcony and a large plot of garden. It is only 400 m along a footpath to the beautiful, black sandy beach of the village.

Villetta Annamaria accommodates up to four guests. The rooms of the holiday home are well-tended and radiate a comfortable atmosphere.

The living/dining room with access of the terrace and the garden is found on the ground floor. On evenings too cool to let the day fade away out in the open, you could light a fire in the fireplace and make yourself comfortable inside. From the separate kitchen "in muratura", also on the ground floor, you have got a nice view of the green outdoor area.

The two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with twin beds, on the upper floor of the holiday home are bright and friendly. The French doors of the rooms open onto the balcony, which offers access of the garden.

The bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC. A washing machine is found in a separate room.

As Villetta Annamaria has got central heating, it is also suited for a stay during the winter months.

Outdoor area

If you love to have your meals outdoors during your holidays, you can do so on the roofed terrace on the ground floor. As the living/dining room opens onto the terrace, the latter somehow enlarges your living space. A leisurely breakfast with a view of the deep blue sea is a great way to start into the day!

The large roof terrace (ca. 20 sqm), which is accessible via an exterior staircase, offers a fantastic panorama and is a paradise for sun worshippers.

The 12 sqm balcony, from which you can also reach the terraced garden, might be the right place to read a book.

Adults as well as children are sure to appreciate the spacious and beautifully laid-out, terraced garden, which includes a wonderful view of the sea. After a day at the beach enjoy the Southern Italian delicacies you have prepared on the masonry grill in the garden.

You are surrounded by a very scenic landscape – only from time to time the railroad reminds you of the hustle and bustle of daily life.

A restaurant is ca. 400 m off. Supermarket Velardi, the nearest shopping facility, is found at Fiumicello (ca. 3 km). Acquafredda train station is about 2.5 km off. The picturesque center of Maratea is ca. 8 km off.
