"Dear Mr. Baldauf,
we spent great holidays at Ascea Marina (Villa Onda del Mare) from August 27th - September 10th 2011. In general we love the Gargano region, but this part of Italy we liked very much, too.
I made - even it was quite hot - 700 kilometres on my bike, on great, lonely streets in the mountains and along the coast.
Grazie mille - many thanks for the olive oil. We are very happy about this Cilento delicacy."

"Dear Cilentano Team, for the 4th time at Marina die Camerota but for the first time not on Monte di Luna. We didn't regret our decision. The Die central position of the apartment directly at the sea and city proved of value [...] Again we explored the region by hiking. To recommend the small hill with great view La Vaccuta between Lentiscosa and San Giovanni a Piro. In the same region you reach after a short walk the great overlook Costa San Carlo, with view to the samll bay Spiaggia di Marcellino." [see picture]

"Dear Cilento team,
we spent great holidays at Scario in Villa Nelli with a bombastic view.
Just around the corner there is an agrituristico, where, as you can see, you can buy very good wine and great olive oil, both home made.
Our special tip for all Scario and Policastro travellers: the trattoria "La Rustica" in Via Orto del Conte at Policastro. Just after the sports field on the right hand side, Spaghetti Vongole 7 Euro, big plates and really good!

We will go on spending our holidays in the Cilento.

"For several years now we return to Maratea and every time we are enthusiastic. The climate as well as the people make us to enjoy the dolce far niente. The owner and her family is allways very friendly. Excellent was, that there now is a washing machine in apartment Tara as well as mosquito nets. A wonderful accommodation. Always a special occassion is our sons's birthday which he uses to celebrate in Maratea togehter with his godparents (coming from Potenza). We already have plans for 2012!"

"Dear Sir or Madam, again we spent great holidays in Pisciotta. Being there for the fifth time now, arranged by your agency it has become nearly our second home. For the third time we lived in one of signora Giovanna di Sabatos' apartment, she is really a very friendly owner. Every year she takes us more to her heart and pampers us with products of her garden and specialities from the Cilento.

On the photo on the left you see her just having brought us self made Canelloni. The photo in the middle shows our neighbour, she just treat her friend to an ice. "We spent a gorgeous holiday at the very committed family. Not only the location of the Locanda is brillinatly but also the kitchen is convincing with fresh local products, i.e. the pasta of course self made. The Locanda cares for the guests very personally and heartily. They also help with tips and ideas for excursions or tickets, i.e. Capri. All in all the service is absolutely reliable and special wishes are easily satisfied. "The locals where impresed of our children. The three-year-old one has been addressed qite often, what he disliked in the beginning but the got used to it. The Baby in the localy unknown wrap caused bursts of emotion every time beeing seen [...] It doesn't get boring, the re is alot to do.
