The idyllically situated Hotel La Colombaia is located about 3 km south of the centre of the picturesque town of Agropoli and just about as close to the sea. The location on a slope, surrounded by olive groves, presents a wonderful view upon the Gulf of Salerno, the Amalfi coast and Capri, as well..
Already from the outside the hotel attracts by its friendly façade in yellow and white. The driveway, lined by flowers and palm trees, carries a Mediterranean atmosphere and immediately creates a holiday feeling. It is the perfect spot to spend a few relaxing days.

The interior will excite you, as well. The 9 rooms of the hotel are all very stylishly furnished.
The double bedroom we have chosen for you is on ground level, with private bathroom (bath tub, WC, bidet, hair dryer), as well as TV, air condition and mini bar. It is designed individually with elegant furniture. Even in your bright and well-tended room you will not have to do without the fantastic sea view.
To the little terrace adjoins a well-tended lawn, where a sunset may superbly be enjoyed while having a glass of wine.

By means of a garden path you access the swimming pool below with outdoor shower. The spaciously laid-out pool is flanked by happily gleaming yellow-white pavilions. On the sun beds you may let your mind roam free and forget about the daily stress. A dive into the cool water promises a pleasant refreshment on hot Italian summer days.
If you are seeking activity, take a stroll on the ca. 2 hectare property and have a revitalizing drink at the bar or send a message to the loved ones at home from the complimentary internet point. The hotel is also equipped with WLAN, allowing you to go online from your room or in the outdoor area.
In the restaurant adjoining to the pool, the physical well-being is taken care of. Here you have the choice of either dining in the winter garden or in the dining hall.
The Italian breakfast ranges from croissants and biscotti over cereals all the way to a fragrant cappuccino.
For dinner you will be served daily varying dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine. It includes something for everyone: vegetarian, fish or meat dishes and a delicious dessert. The menu for the evening is discussed daily at breakfast time and individual preferences are taken into account.
The nearest sandy beach “Baia di Trentova” is located 3.5 km away and is be reached within 5 min by car. From here you also enjoy a splendid view of Capri, Ischia and the Amalfi coast and may spend wonderful days on the white sandy beach. A footpath leads along the coastal road from the bay to Agropoli.
You should not miss out on a visit to the small town of Agropoli, about 3 km from the hotel. If you would like to make a more extensive trip, you may use the ferry connections from Agropoli to Positano (Amalfi coast) during the high season.
For hiking and nature lovers, Hotel La Colombaia is an ideal starting point to get to know the northern Cilento. The Cilento national park was declared UNESCO world cultural heritage in 1997. Excursions to the Amalfi and Cilento coast, to the Parco del Cilento, as well as sporting activities such as sailing, surfing, night fishing, tennis, boat rides or horseback riding will be organised for you upon request on the spot.

Prices for guest rooms are given in Euro per person per day in a double room (DR) with bed & breakfast (B&B) or half board (HB) or single person in a double room (SR) per day with bed & breakfast (B&B) or half board (HB).
In August B&B is only possible on demand.
Special requests for breakfast will gladly be fulfilled for an extra charge.
