In the well-tended dining hall you will find a rich breakfast buffet in the morning. For dinner you may choose one of two menus, the main focus of the restaurant being on fish and seafood dishes. It is especially important to the chef to serve his guests ”real” Mediterranean food. The use of fresh fruit and vegetables, high-quality olive oil, herbs and a special attention upon the quality of fish and meat make the Italian cuisine truly a delight – and very healthy. Vegetarians will also not be disappointed: upon request the kitchen will prepare meatless dishes for you.
