Voce del Mare – Voice of the Sea: you can hardly give a more beautiful name to a house at the Cilento coast. This holiday home with its nice façade is located directly at the sandy beach of Marina di Ascea and bears its name rightly so: The gentle sounds of the sea will accompany you during your stay in original Southern Italy.
It is only 30 metres from Voce del Mare to the wide and gently sloping sandy beach of Marina di Ascea – just the right holiday residence for a typical beach and bathing holiday!
After getting up in the morning you can start on long walks along the beach and take refreshing plunges into the clear waters of the sea. Due to its central location, Marina di Ascea is also ideal for vacationers interested in culture who want to discover the sights of the Cilento. The excavations of ancient Velia, for example, are only a stone's throw away.
Voce del Mare – that is four terraced houses. The holiday homes have been laid out in such a way as to protect their tenants' privacy.
On the partly roofed terrace, which cannot be viewed from the other holiday homes, you can make yourself comfortable and let cheerful days fade away while enjoying a glass of wine. The houses come with a ca. 100 m² share of garden including a barbecue. You have got your private access of the wonderful sandy beach.
The 70 m² holiday homes are entered via the roofed porch. The houses are furnished in a simple but functional way and cover two floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchenette which is equipped with a full oven, among other things.
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The living-cum-dining room of your accommodation offers TV and access of the seaside terrace. The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC and bidet.
Stairs take you to the garret sleeping gallery with twin beds. The upper floor window opens upon a beautiful view of the sea lying, so to speak, at your doorstep.
A washing machine and an outdoor shower are for shared use by the tenants of the terraced houses.
You can park your car on the fenced premises of Voce del Mare.
The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are about 400 metres off.
Marina di Ascea is ideal for vacationers who want to discover the great variety of the Cilento by using public transport.
The train station of Marina di Ascea is about 1.5 km from Voce del Mare. There are good connections to the south of the Cilento, to the Basilicata region and to the coast of Calabria.
The sights to the north of your holiday residence, e.g. the Greek temples of Paestum, world-famous Pompeii, the lively town of Salerno and the metropolis of Naples, are easily reached by train, too.
