In a residential road leading to the sea lies the small semi-detached house, only 250 m from the several kilometres of sandy beach at Marina di Ascea. The lungomare, the seaside promenade of Marina di Ascea, is reached after a few minutes on foot.
The nearest supermarket is only about 100 m, the town centre approx. 500 m away. Thus, you will find best conditions for a classical seaside holiday.
Yet Marina di Ascea also offers the possibility to get to know the broad variety of the Cilento, due to its central location. Excursions lead e.g. to cultural places of interest (Velia!) or into the hinterland to still authentic, medieval mountain villages. From the train station at Ascea, about 1 km from the house, trains leave almost hourly in the direction of Naples (Pompeii, Paestum) and Maratea.
On the ground floor of the house, the kitchen and the living/dining room with chimney corner and satellite TV and English channels are located. From both rooms you have access to the roofed, two-sided terrace.
On the first floor you find a parents’ bedroom with double bed, a children’s room with two single beds and the bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine.
Additionally, there is a small open reading room with library at your disposal. From the roof terrace you enjoy a beautiful view towards the sea and upon green fruit fields, since the opposite side of the road is not built on.
The small garden will delight you with roses and Mediterranean variety. In the garden there is also a barbecue grill.
You may park your car on the fenced property.
Central heating is run through the chimney.

Prices per week are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and include bed-linens, towels and final cleaning. Heating will be charged on the spot at cost price.
