Guarded by palm trees, Villa Elea is located only about 700 m from the fine sandy beach of Marina di Ascea.
The owners used to inhabit the house themselves until recently: Thus, Villa Elea presents itself well-tended, comfortable and smart to its guests.
The hallmark of the house is the beautifully laid-out garden with its palm trees and its unmistakable Mediterranean flair. A gardener cares for it in summer time once o twice per month.
The large, partly roofed terrace and a porch swing create a nice holiday feeling. A stone grill invites you to enjoy the mild evenings having a delicious barbecue outdoors… the atmospheric garden lighting provides for the right ambience.
In Villa Elea you live on two floors.
On the ground floor, you find the bright and friendly living room with a large dining table. Here you can sit together comfortably, watch TV (satellite receiver with German and English channels), laze on the couch and make plans for the next day of your vacation.
The well-equipped built-in kitchen offer everything you need to prepare delicious Cilento specialties. One of the two bathrooms is also located on the ground floor (with shower/WC/bidet).
The bedrooms (a double bedroom and two single bedrooms) are found on the upper floor and appear comfortable and inviting due to their personal design. From the double bedroom you have access to a small balcony. Your bathroom on the first floor is equipped with shower/bidet/WC.
Especially handy: a washing machine and an outdoor shower are at your disposal in Villa Elea. You may park your car on the roofed parking spot on the fenced property. Due to the integrated central heating, Villa Elea is also recommended for a stay during the winter months.

Villa Elea is situated in a cul-de-sac of a bustling quarter with small business at the border of Marina di Ascea’s centre. The nearest shopping possibilities are reached within about 400 m.
Villa Elea has derived its name from the excavations of nearby Velia. Use the favourable location of Villa Elea to make excursions to Paestum, to the Amalfi coast and to Pompeii, as well. More active vacationers start splendid hiking tours from Marina di Ascea into the hinterland with its authentic mountain villages. On the 7 km of sandy beach in Marina di Ascea, water rats and sun lovers find the best setting for a seaside holiday.

Prices per week for the holiday home are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating will be charged on the spot at cost price. A deposit of 100 Euro is due upon arrival.
