Your ca. 120 sqm holiday home is a well-tended rustico with pretty stone front. You live on two floors: The tall ceilings create an airy atmosphere in the rooms.
Two terraces, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, invite you to spend your vacation time outside.
The ca. 30 sqm roofed terrace on the ground floor is ideal to dine outdoors and sit together on mild evenings. Maybe you would like to dabble in a “pizza fatta in casa” baked in the brick oven?
For cosy hours with your holiday reading the terrace on the first floor of your holiday home is suited well. Across the lush green of the garden you look upon the sea from here.
Your holiday home in Scario offers enough space of six guests.
There are a total of four bedrooms on the first floor: two double and two single rooms. One of double and one of the single rooms has access to the terrace on the first floor. Your bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC.
Not only the bedrooms appear bright and friendly. Also the spacious, ca. 35 sqm living/dining room (with TV) has enough light due to its paned façades. A chimney creates a cosy atmosphere, the dining area is divided from the living area by a step.
In a separate room with access to the dining room and to the outside the eat-in-kitchen is located. In the built-in kitchen made of solid wood you find everything you need to prepare local specialties. Afterwards the dishes may be served on the dining table. A dishwasher will help you to clean up after a delicious meal.
On the ground floor there is also a storage room with an additional WC and a washing machine. You may park your car on the fenced property
During summer months, there is evening entertainment outdoors at the neighbouring hotel.
Use the opportunity during your stay in your holiday home to explore the Infreschi maritime wildlife park adjoining to the fishing village. Locals will happily take you with their boats to one of the many hidden bathing bays – a special experience for the entire family.

Prices per week for the holiday home are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. the bed linens, towels and final cleaning. Possible costs for heating (chimney, small gas stoves) will be charged on the spot at cost price. A deposit of 200 Euro is due upon arrival.
* In the periods from 29.09.12 - 18.05.13 and 28.09.2013 - 04.01.2014 a supplement of 25 Euro / week is charged for an additional 5th and 6th person.
