The spacious Villa Laura with its nice terraced garden lies in a green residential area, only approx. 400 m from the beach in Scario.
The colourful holiday home built in the 1970s is especially suited for the extended family or two families who are close friends.
The Villa has a living area of approx. 130 m².
The spacious living/dining room on the ground floor offers an upholstered bench integrated in the wall, a sofa, a TV and a small house bar.
If you do not want to have your meals on the terrace, there is a "glass dining area" at your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and oven.
From the kitchen and the living/dining room you have access to the terrace.
On the first floor you find the four bedrooms (three double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds), from each of which you reach one of the two balconies with view of the sea.
The two bathrooms on the upper floor are equipped with shower/WC and bathtub/WC, respectively.
Your holiday home is equipped with central heating.
The terrace runs along two sides of the house. In the garden you find several places inviting you to set up your sun bed.
On the lockable premises there are two roofed carports at your disposal.
The nearest grocery shops are 800 m, the village centre and the port of Scario approx. 1 km away.

Scario touches the maritime wildlife park Infreschi on the one side. Boats take you to the many picturesque bays of the maritime wildlife park within a few minutes.
On the other side, Scario lies on the edge of the Gulf of Policastro. You will enjoy the amazing panoramic view into the wide bay of the Gulf and towards the mountains of Basilicata and Calabria, which seem to rise directly from the sea.

Prices per week are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and include bed-linens, towels and final cleaning.

A deposit of 250 EURO is due upon arrival.
* During the periods 05.05.12-23.06.12 and 01.09.12-03.11.12 an amount of 55 Euro / week is charged for the 7th and 8th person each, during the period 23.06.12-01.09.12 an additional amount of 80 Euro / week is charged, respectively.
