Location:
Panoramic view at its best – that is what you experience at holiday home Villa Grace. The small house, which is named for the owners' grandchild, with its ca. 150 m² terrace and simply breathtaking view invites you to relax and enjoy life under Southern Italy's sun.
Your accommodation with its quarry stone façade is located on a slope and offers a view of the Bay of Policastro, the small fishing town of Scario and, on the opposite side, the mountain range which stretches up to Calabria.
The stylish villa lies embedded on an about 1000 m² property with lush Mediterranean vegetation. While walking through the garden, discover holm oaks, myrtles, strawberry trees and lots more.
Breathe in the fresh mountain air in the midst of healthy green and a far reaching view of the sea. Holidays cannot be more relaxing!
Nevertheless, for our active vacationers, there are also fantastic hiking trails in the vicinity of Villa Grace, for example, starting almost directly at your house, the trail to the medieval village of San Giovanni a Piro. The nearest beach is 1.2 km off. Our tip: Discover the solitary bays of the Cilento during a boat tour to the maritime wildlife park of Infreschi.
The holiday home:
Villa Grace with its beautiful beamed ceiling accommodates up to 6 persons (incl. dependance).
Main building:
At the main building, there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin.
Furthermore, the main building includes a spacious living room with functional fireside, couch, armchair, TV, glass dining table and chairs, a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) and a kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment and dish washer.
Terrace:
The terrace is furnished with several sun beds and seating accommodations with tables and chairs. These are to be found either in the shade under the roof overhang of the house or out in the open. There is also a sun shade at your disposal.
In your garden, you will also find a brick barbecue with pizza oven.
Dependance:
The dependance located below the main building and accessible via a small path includes a double bedroom, a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) and a small terrace.
Furnishing:
Villa Grace is equipped with central heating and fireside. There is a washing machine in a storeroom in the garden.
You can park your car on the fenced premises of the holiday home.
Surroundings:
The centre of Scario is about 800 m from holiday home Villa Grace.
There you will find grocery stores, café-bars, restaurants and a beautiful promenade where you can take leisurely strolls.
The nearest beach is 1.2 km off.

Prices are valid per week and for the number of persons given in brackets, including bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating is charged on the spot according to use. Firewood for the fireside can be bought onsite upon inquiry with the caretaker.
