The approximately 3000 sqm estate offers well-tended outdoor areas, two roofed terraces along the house, as well as an additional sun terrace with beautiful sea view accessible from the exterior.
Your holiday home is located in the preferred villa district of Scario. Still you reach the beach of the village (shingle) within only about 600 m.
Especially convenient after a day on the beach is the outdoor shower in the garden of your holiday home. In the evening you may prepare delicious Italian specialties in the brick grill with pizza oven. Thus you may let a day of your vacation fade out in a relaxing way.
But your holiday home also fascinates by its “interior values”. Rustic, without appearing heavy, friendly and bright are the rooms of Villa Patrizia. The centre of the house is the living/dining room (with TV and access to one of the roofed terraces).
Here you sit together comfortably for dinner or reading a good book. During the cooler season a fire glows in the pretty open fireside.
In the separate kitchen with access to the lateral terrace there is also a washing machine.
The two bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed. Your bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC. Additionally, there is a separate WC in Villa Patrizia.
Apart from the open fireside the holiday home offers central heating and is therefore also recommended for a stay during the winter months.
You may park your car on the fenced property.
