This privileged location at Pietralata, a small district of Pisciotta, will make your holidays in the Cilento an unforgettable experience. The long sandy beach of Saline is only about 4.5 kilometres off, which is merely 10 minutes by car.
Casa degli Ulivi with its gorgeous quarry stone façade was completed in 2010 and is surrounded by vineyards.
The holiday home’s 2,500 m² property is covered with olive trees. The terraced garden offers many spots for relaxing, sunbathing and reading.
The spacious roof terrace, from where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama to the full, will surely become your favourite spot.
A special kind of evening atmosphere is created by the outdoor lighting, its blue and green lights reflecting the colours of the sea and the olive groves.
From the outside, Casa degli Ulivi offers a wonderful sight, too. Large windows and terrace doors are set into the traditional quarry stone façade. When entering the large kitchen-cum-living room their effect becomes apparent: the room is light flooded and gives you the feeling of sitting out in the open.
Even while cooking you have got an open view of the sea – there is no better way of preparing Mediterranean meals! The kitchen includes, amongst others, a full oven and a dish washer.
The owner has furnished the villa in a high quality and very tasteful manner. The two bedrooms of Casa degli Ulivi offer a double bed and three single beds, respectively, and an en suite bathroom with shower, WC and bidet each. Held in green and blue, the bedrooms, too, reflect the colours of the sea and the olive trees.
Upon request, the owner will gladly furnish a children’s’ cot.
Your holiday home includes a washroom with washing machine and Sat-TV.
The villa as a whole as well as the access road are devoid of barriers and, therefore, also wheelchair accessible.
There is a reserved parking space for your car.
Those who love hiking can start on their tours directly from Casa degli Ulivi: From Pietralata, a “dead end district” without through traffic, there are hiking trails, for example, to Monte Castellucio or to the medieval mountain village of Rodio.
The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are to be found at Pisciotta, about 3 kilometres off.
