The tiny country house Casa Aniello is situated in idyllic location on a slope above the sea.
You enjoy a marvellous view of the sea and the Cape of Palinuro.
Casa Aniello belongs to Pietralata, a small subdivision of the medieval Pisciotta, 4 km away.
It is only 5 km to the sea, the long sandy beach of Saline you reach after 10 min by car.
The house is suited ideally for a contemplative holiday and yet close to the beach, with children or for a couple (max. 4 persons).
On the ground floor you find the dining area, the living room with open fireside and a separate WC.
On the first floor, bathroom and the two bedrooms are located.
The bathroom with shower/WC has recently been completely redone and tastefully refurbished.
From the bedrooms (double bedroom and transitory room with two single beds), you have access to the large balcony with sea view.
Next to the house there is a large fruit and vegetable garden. You may have a barbecue with view of the Palinuro Cape, have your meals in the shade of the wine pergola or place your deckchair on a sunny spot.
Additional features: washing machine, Sat-TV, outdoor shower.
You may park your car on the fenced property.
The nearest grocery stores are found in the main village Pisciotta.
