Spend holidays marked by the sea at holiday homes Brezza di Mare in Pisciotta-Caprioli. On 1200 m² fenced premises, between olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, the modern and tastefully furnished homes „Maestrale“ and „Tramontana“ are two of altogether 5 small holiday homes.
One of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Southern Italy, Saline with its 5 km of beach, is only a few metres from your accommodation. While sitting on your terrace, feel the touch of a light ocean breeze and enjoy the view of the azure coloured waters.
Very interesting for bookworms and those who aspire to be: Below the holiday homes, the owners run a bookstore called „Libreria del Mare“ – „Library of the Sea“. On mild summer evenings, readings of well-known Italian authors are held on the roof terrace of the library.
The hilltop location of the nearby medieval village of Pisciotta is spellbinding. Our tip: Take part in the everyday life of the friendly Southern Italians for a few hours, simply sit down in a bar in the village square and take in the unique atmosphere while enjoying a delicious cappuccino or savour fresh fruit and vegetables from the „frutteria“.

Holiday home „Maestrale“:
Holiday home Maestrale accommodates a maximum of 6 persons and includes two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Furthermore, there is a daybed at your disposal.
The modern kitchen-cum-living room is equipped with a table, chairs, an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dish washer. The bathroom offers shower cabin, bidet and WC. On the furnished and roofed terrace of your house, you start off the day with an outdoor breakfast and a view of the sea.
Holiday home „Tramontana“:
The small holiday home Tramontana accommodates a maximum of 4 persons. It includes a double bedroom, a kitchen-cum-living room with table, chairs, 4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dish washer. The bathroom offers shower cabin, bidet and WC. There is a pull-out bunk bed for the 3rd and 4th persons. On the partly roofed and furnished terrace, you can enjoy lateral sea view. Furthermore, there is a barbecue.
General information:
You can park your car on the reserved parking space.
Each house is furnished with a washing machine and TV as well as mosquito nets.
Outdoor showers with a hot water shower are at your disposal on the premises.
Surroundings:
Below the holiday homes and the parking lot, you will find a pharmacy, a bookstore as well as a flower shop. A bar with small grocery store is about 300 metres off. Supermarkets are to be found at the main village of Palinuro, ca. 3 km off.
It is only about 50 m to the sandy beach of Saline.
Ideal for excursions: the medieval village of Pisciotta or the hiking trails in the hinterland.
Also worth a visit – history charged Caprioli with a small 200-year old castle or the remains of a windmill.
