Experience a holiday at Palinuro, the most favoured town of the Cilento, and feel the owners' pride given the stylish furnishing of this holiday home at the seaside.

On the 160 m² terrace with its numerous seating accommodations, you will find your spot for sunbathing, reading or simply relaxing.

The inside of the house awaits you with very tasteful furnishing, spacious sea view bedrooms, fireside and several bathrooms.

: Stately Villa Marino is located on the ridge of Capo Palinuro.

Rooms:

The holiday home with its five bedrooms accommodates altogether nine persons. The rooms are as follows:

: One of the 'blue' double bedrooms with sea view.

Double bedroom with access of the terrace and en suite bathroom (shower cabin, WC/bidet)
Double bedroom with access of the terrace and bathroom right next door (bathtub with shower device, WC/bidet)
Room with sofa bed
Room with bunk bed
Room with bunk bed

Besides the two bathrooms mentioned, there is another bathroom with shower cabin, WC/bidet as well as a separate WC.

Kitchen and living area:

The kitchen is equipped with 4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as dish washer and offers access of the terrace.

The bright living-cum-dining room with its large sea view windows includes a dining area, two sofas, functional fireside, masoned settee as well as SAT-TV and also offers access of the terrace.

: … as well as the southern side of the Cape of Palinuro bathed by the sea.

Outdoor area:

The fenced outdoor area covers about 3000 m². In the beautifully planted garden there are lemon and olive trees.

On the spacious, partly roofed terrace you can choose among several seating accommodations.

: The villa's bright living room with fireside invites you to spend enjoyable evenings with your family or friends.

The roofed part is furnished with two wooden tables and a rattan suite.

The unroofed area offers comfortable, cushioned rattan sofas, a sun shade and several sun beds.

On the far side of the terrace, there is another suite in a shady spot under trees.

Furnishing:

Your holiday home at Palinuro is equipped with washing machine, Sat-TV, air conditioning with integrated heating system and functional fireside.

There is parking for up to three cars on the fenced premises.

: In the fully equipped kitchen with access of the terrace there is even a dish washer.

: Take a swim in the sea at the nearby beach, called "Marinella".

Surroundings:

The beautiful sandy beach is 1.5 km off.

The nearest shopping facilities are 1 km off.

It is about 1.5 km to the harbour of Palinuro.

Nearest train station: Pisciotta-Palinuro.

Prices are valid per week and for the number of persons given in brackets including bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Possible costs for air conditioning, heating and fireside are charged onsite.

A deposit of 250 Euro is due upon arrival.

* During travel seasons 26.05.2012 - 23.06.2012 and 01.09.2012 - 06.10.2012 the 7^th, 8^th and 9^th persons are charged an extra of 75 Euro/week each. During travel seasons 01.01.2012 - 26.05.2012 and 06.10.2012 - 05.01.2013 the 5^th, 6^th, 7^th, 8^th and 9^th persons are charged an extra 50 Euro/week each.
