Idyllically surrounded by citrus and palm trees, holiday home Villa Federico is located only about 400 metres from Paestum’s kilometres of wonderful sandy beach.

With a spacious 800 m² and screened from view, the garden provides for the villa’s unique atmosphere and guarantees Mediterranean holiday pleasure. On the two spacious terraces, the roof terrace offering a view towards the sea, you can enjoy summer days to the full.

Spending a holiday at Villa Federico means getting your share not only of the beach and the sun – but of culture, too: The excavation sites of Paestum with their Old Greek temples are at a straight-line distance of only about 500 metres from your holiday home at Paestum. Further nearby cultural highlights are the excavations of Pompeii and the city of Naples.

Villa Federico is characterized mainly by its attractive location close to the sea in a dead-end street and its fenced garden. Here, you can spend relaxing holidays and take a refreshing outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Besides, there is a barbecue at your disposal in the garden.

With its 140 m² of living space, Villa Federico is laid out for up to 8 persons. At the entrance, there is a glassed-in veranda with a convertible sofa for two and further seating accommodations.

Adjacent to the glassed-in veranda, you will find the spacious living-cum-dining room, its comfortable couch and chairs inviting you to sit together in a large circle.

A radio and a CD player guarantee that you do not miss out on music during your holiday. Your valuables can be stored in a safe.

On the ground floor of your holiday home at Paestum, you will also find a small kitchen (with oven and microwave) and a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and a washing machine. There is a second bathroom with shower and WC on the first floor. Two of the three bedrooms – a single and a double – are on the ground floor; the first floor bedroom offers a double bed and an additional bed.

The partly glassed-in kitchen-cum-living room on the first floor of Villa Federico is bright and friendly and, with its large dining table, 7 chairs and a bench along the wall, ideal for sharing meals. From here, you access the first, ca. 30 m² terrace. Protected by the large sunshade, you can sit together comfortably and relax on the deck chairs. A small spiral staircase takes you from this terrace to the 20 m² roof terrace which offers a view towards the sea.


One of the three bedrooms of your holiday home.		The kilometres of sandy beach at Paestum promise untroubled bathing pleasure.

The garage of Villa Federico comes in handy – but there are further parking places on the fenced premises. The nearest restaurants and shopping facilities are only about 150 m and 600 m, respectively, from the holiday home.

The owner of Villa Federico speaks German and French fluently and will be glad to offer any kind of advice during your holiday. A children’s cot can be provided upon request.
