Not far from the picturesque mountain town of Castellabate, in the small village of Case del Conte in the commune of Montecorice, you will find the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the Cilento. The nearest sandy beach at Ogliastro Marina is only about 2.5 kilometres off.
Villa Kalithea is located on a ca. 1.300 m² fenced-in property. The spacious garden with its palm and olive trees is screened from view and in no time you will find your favourite spot there.
The 12 x 5 metres pool will thrill the young and the young at heart: This is where you can swim your laps without haste and cool off on hot summer days. Further conveniences in the outdoor area are offered by a barbecue and an outdoor shower. On the ca. 40 m² roofed terrace, you can enjoy outdoor meals.
The 140 m² holiday home was built in 2004 and its furnishing is friendly and displays a sure sense of style. Upon entering, you will find the spacious and light flooded living-cum-dining room. Besides the dining table, there are two large sofa beds which offer sleeping accommodation for possible fellow travellers.
The eat-in kitchen of solid wood is furnished with a full oven and a dish washer, among other things. The living room as well as the eat-in kitchen offer access of the terrace.
The two bedrooms of this holiday home with pool in the Cilento are doubles. The two bathrooms are equipped with shower, WC and bidet. Villa Kalithea also offers Sat-TV with foreign channels and a washing machine. Upon request, the owner will gladly furnish a children’s cot.
Central heating and air conditioning provide for pleasant temperatures in summer as well as winter.
There are two shaded parking spaces on the premises of Villa Kalithea where you can park your car.
The nearest supermarket is 500 metres off. More shopping facilities are to be found at Case del Conte, 1 kilometre off.
Profit from your stay at Villa Kalithea to explore the beauties of the Cilento on foot! A worthwhile coastal hiking tour, with stretches along the sea and through fragrant macchia, takes you to Punta Licosa, the Cape of the Sirens.
Those who want to explore the Cilento hinterland on foot can hike from Pioppi to Acciaroli, for example. Along car-free roads and country lanes you will enjoy fantastic views. Climbing Monte Stella is also worth the effort. Its peak offers a view reaching far into the south of Campania. Surrender to the rural face of the Cilento: it is worthwhile!
