The Villetta Spagnolo lies idyllically within a thin olive grove sloping towards the sea. With the exception of the owners' house - to the lower left of the Villetta - the newly built stone house does not have any direct neighbours. 

Both houses are located above an asphalt road which is allowed for resident traffic only and then turns into a country lane. 

The gravel beach of Marina di Pisciotta is at a walking distance of 500 m, the centre of the small, authentic fishing village at 400 m.

The bedroom with the double bed is furnished in rattan and wood.

In the bathroom with shower you find a washing machine. The WC is separate.

From the living room you step outside onto the terrace, which is partly roofed.

The adjoining large sun terrace offers a great view of the sea and a pizza oven. In front of the bedroom there is a paved seating area.

You may park your car on the property. The house got a central heating.
