On the slope between Marina di Pisciotta and Pisciotta the holiday home Villa Alba is situated on a panorama estate. The semi-detached house was completed in 2006.
Within only about 1 km you reach the beach (pebbles) from here, as well as the small fishing village of Marina di Pisciotta with its little grocery stores, café bars and restaurants.
Villa Alba is located in the heart of the Cilento. The area around Pisciotta famous for the “gold of the Cilento”, its olive oil.
In medieval mountain villages like the main village of Pisciotta, about 1.5 km away, one can explore times long gone and at the same time take part in a Southern Italian village life that has still remained authentic.
In a very attractive way also the owner of Villa Alba, who lives in Northern Italy, was inspired by Pisciotta. The beautiful stone façade of the holiday home resembles the old palazzo in Pisciotta’s old town centre.

The interior of Villa Alba offers modern comfort. The rooms are furnished high-quality and with style. In your holiday home you are living on two floors with a total of ca. 120 sqm. From almost all of the rooms you look upon the sea.
You also enjoy a marvellous view from the ca. 50 sqm terrace in front of the house. The sea stretches far beyond your feet – with a “cornetto” and a “cappuccino” you start relaxed into a new day of your vacation.
On the ground floor you can make yourself comfortable in the living room on the couch corner with satellite TV and in front of the fireside. From here, as well as from the visually separated dining area with kitchen you have sea view. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
Due to the bright furniture the room appears classy and inviting at the same time. Especially handy: from both the living and the kitchen area you have access to the terrace. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower/bidet/WC and washing machine.

On the upper floor of your holiday home the three bedrooms are located. One is furnished with a double bed and has two French balconies with sea view.
The single bedroom has a French balcony with sea view, as well. The twin beds in the third bedroom can be pushed together to make a double bed.
This room also offers a French balcony. Your bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC.
You may park your car above the house on the property belonging to Villa Alba.
