It is a great passion that the friendly owner feels for her house in its beautiful panoramic location at Marina di Camerota. Sitting on the comfortable terrace or strolling through the magnificent garden with its palm trees and cactuses you cannot but understand her: Villetta Le Gemelle is a wonderful holiday residence where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the southern sun to the full.
From the roof terrace of the house you have got a unique view of the blue sea and Marina di Camerota. The centre of the small coastal town is about one kilometre off. The fantastic sandy beach of Capo Grosso is at a walking distance of 800 metres.
The holiday home is named for the owner’s twin daughters ((„le gemelle“, in English: the twins). On the ca. 12 m² roofed terrace, you can enjoy Mediterranean specialities or take it easy on the garden swing.
The large roof terrace with its wonderful view of the sea at Marina di Camerota is ideal for sunbathing. After a long day at the beach, you can cool off under the outdoor shower.
The tasteful furnishing of Villetta Le Gemelle shows that the owner and her family called it home for a long time. Upon entering the 85 m² holiday home, there is the large living-cum-dining room. Light-coloured furniture and the walls’ colouring provide for a cosy atmosphere. There is an additional bed in the living room for a possible sixth person.
The small kitchen, which is equipped, among other things, with a full oven, a dish washer and a washing machine, is separated from the living-cum-dining area by a bar.
The two bedrooms of Villetta Le Gemelle are a double and a twin with additional bed. A children’s cot can be provided upon request. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bathtub, WC and bidet.
Furthermore, the holiday home offers TV and central heating. One of the bedrooms has air conditioning.
