Above the picturesque Cala Fortuna bay, the property of the villa of the same name runs directly alongside the steep coast of the maritime wildlife park Infreschi. The sea lies literally at your feet.

The 4,000 sqm, partly rocky property is grown over with olive trees – hundreds of years old – , palm trees, and Mediterranean macchia.

You reach the sandy beach of Lentiscelle after only 900 m.

From the living/dining area you reach the roofed terrace and the garden.

On the first floor, traditional ovens made of Florentine terracotta decorate the two spacious double bedrooms (one of them is equipped with a queen-size bed). They both have their own bathrooms with shower/WC.

Both bedrooms have access to the 150 sqm three-sided roof terrace, which offers a great view of the sea.

Both additional apartments, which can be entered through the living/dining room, have a separate exterior access.

The apartment on the right, which may be rented optionally, has two bedrooms (a double bedroom and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower/WC.

The apartment on the left is from time to time used by the unobtrusive owners, who take care of the house and the garden are responsible for the handing-over of the keys.
