In one of Marina di Camerota’s preferred residential areas, on the Previteri hills with a view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, lies recently renovated holiday home Villa Alberto.
The lively and friendly owner is proud of his villa, and rightly so: a wonderful view of the sea and of Marina di Camerota from the roof terrace, spacious outdoor areas and tasteful interior furnishing – simply an ideal holiday residence.
The beautiful sandy beach of Calanca bay and the medieval „centro storico“ of Marina di Camerota are only one kilometre off.
Villa Alberto is located on a ca. 700 m² property with lemon and olive trees where terraces and grassed areas invite you to relax and sunbathe. The three outdoor showers and the barbecue will come in handy.
From the lovely decorated main terrace, accessible from one of the bedrooms and the living room, you can enjoy lateral sea view. The roof terrace, however, is the spot where a wide panorama of the deep blue sea and of the centre of Marina di Camerota opens before you and where you can let the day fade away while enjoying a glass of wine and this dreamlike setting.
The ca. 70 m² holiday home accommodates up to five persons and is very tastefully furnished. Upon entering, there is an eat-in kitchen with backing oven and a fireside which provides for a cosy atmosphere on cooler days.
The two double bedrooms offer decorative rattan style furnishing. One of the bedrooms as well as the cosy and warm living room give onto the large main terrace. The living room with its sofa a possible sleeping facility for a fifth person has an integrated kitchenette. The two bathrooms of Villa Alberto are colourful and modern and equipped with shower, WC and bidet.
At the holiday home, you will also find a washing machine, two Sat-TVs and air conditioning with integrated heating system which provides for a pleasant stay all year round. Upon request, the owner will gladly provide a children’s cot. Also fly screens are available.
The small guest house in the garden of Villa Alberto is used, every now and then, by the discreet owner.
You can park your car in the garage of the holiday home.
The nearest shopping facilities are 600 metres off.
Spending a holiday at Villa Alberto is ideal for exploring the Cilento National Park: Marina di Camerota borders on a core zone of the National Park: The area around Porto degli Infreschi with its more than 25 kilometres of coastline and solitary bathing bays offers a unique experience of nature to those who love the sea. Starting at Marina di Camerota, you can take part in excursions to the grottos, e.g. to famous Grotta Azzurra.
