On a small hilltop, in pleasant location above Marina di Camerota, the architect Valentino Gammarano has built a dream of a country mansion.
From the 3.500 sqm property you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. On days of clear vision, even the mountains of Calabria are visible.
The yellow house was built in 2004. It has been furnished with much taste and high-quality furniture.
In the bright, airy rooms the stone wall has partly been left open, which emphasizes the exquisite, rustic style of the mansion.
The kitchen/dining room with modern built-in kitchen, the living room and the double bedroom are located on the ground floor. From the central living room (with Sat-TV) you reach the sleeping gallery by climbing a wooden staircase. The bathroom with shower/WC/bidet is entered via the double bedroom. Additionally, there is a separate WC with washing machine.
An outdoor grill is at your disposal.
Kitchen/dining room, living room, as well as the double bedroom, have access to the spacious terrace, wound around the house.
Apart from a number of olive trees, lemon, orange, and almond trees, cypresses and many other plants grow on the terraced property. On the estate slightly sloping down towards the sea, part of the terrain on the side of the house has been left as a natural stone garden.
With the exception of the neighbouring house in the rear, there are no neighbours.
The final 500 m to Casale Valentino consist of a stony country path (not suited for low-lying cars). You may park your car on the fenced property.
The distance to the first stores in Marina di Camerota is 3 km, to the sandy beach of Marina di Camerota 3,5 km. After heavy rainstorms, especially in late autumn and winter, access is possible or recommended via Camerota only (6 km to the sea).
