This newly renovated country house is located in perfect solitude between Marina di Camerota and Camerota, surrounded by olive and almond trees - while in front of the house a lemon tree casts its shadow.
On the large sunny terrace in front of the house you will positively relax.
In the interior the spacious living and dining rooms (with Sat-TV) are divided into several areas by beautifully conserved round arches.
Countrylife today combines both cosiness due to an old fireplace, the stylish easy chair, the antique table and modern comfortness in the kitchen, bathroom and the bedrooms.
The separate kitchen is very spacious. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom (shower/WC, sink for hand washing).
On the first floor there are three pretty bedrooms and a second bathroom (shower/WC).
The balcony reveals a splendid view over olive trees to the sea and with its old sun dial adds to an inspiring mood.

Inside and outside the house there is a lot of space not only children appreciate. In the garden there is also a traditional pizza-oven at your convenience.
It is 3 km to the first shops of Marina di Camerota, 3.5 km to the sandy beach.
The last 400 m to this exceptional, historical country house lead over a stony country lane (not suited for low-lying cars). After heavy rain, mostly in late autumn and winter, access should be taken only from Camerota (6 km to the sea).

* During the periods 24.09.11 - 02.06.12 and 29.09.12 - 05.01.13 an amount of 20 Euro / week is charged for the 6th and 7th person each.
