The only recently renovated house features a spacious living-dining-room (with satellite TV and dual convertible sofa), a separate kitchen, a double bed room, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (shower/WC resp.).

The remarkable and smart design of the house can be credited to the so far only summer guest, the son of the proprietor.

The whole variety of plants in earthenware vessels are looked after with loving care by Pepe, the caretaker.

The fenced ground is covered with beautiful old olive trees. Here and there a bench offers you a place to rest. The olive grove can be reached on a hardly frequented residential road.
