Casa Sabrina is located in a small district of Maratea above the Tyrrhenian Sea, one of the best panoramic sites.
You can enjoy a marvellous view of the sea and of Maratea – the nice village approx. 1,5 km away, whose statue of Christ on top of Monte San Biago can be seen from afar.
The pink house is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours to the seaside and into the surrounding mountains. Descriptions of hiking tours are available at the local tourist information centre.
Casa Sabrina is comfortably furnished, with all rooms located on the ground floor.
The spacious combination of living room and kitchen provides a cosy area with sofas near an open fireside and access to the terrace; the large picture window offers an amazing view.
One of the two double bedrooms also has a direct view of the sea.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower screen and a WC.
The large terrace running along three sides of the house is shaded on one side. There is also a small grill at your disposal.
Relaxing on sun beds or on the long tiled bench in front of the house, you can really let yourself be taken in by the view.
The level property simply invites you to play football or badminton.
Casa Sabrina is also equipped with a washing machine and TV, and an outdoor shower in the garden.
You may park your car on the property.
Maratea, shops and coffee-bars are approx. 1.5 km away, while it is 6.5 km to the beach.
