For truly you enjoy a fascinating view from the 25 sqm roof terrace: The view drifts over the rooftops of Marina di Ascea to Monte Stella in the north, and to your feet lie the sandy beach and the wide blue sea.
The location of the villa is also very attractive: Situated only 250 m from Marina di Ascea’s town centre, the nearest shops, bars and restaurants are easily reached on foot. The 7 km long, sandy beach is only 80 m away.
Your well-furnished holiday apartment you enter through a separate exterior entrance.
The apartment offers a kitchen-cum-living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet. The kitchen-cum-living room is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, satellite TV, W-LAN and a double sleeping couch. The bedroom, on the side facing the sea, has a small balcony, also with nice sea view. In the exterior area there is a washing machine for common use. In the bathroom there is also a sink for small laundry.
The roof terrace, accessed via an exterior staircase, is equipped with a dining table and sun beds, as well as a barbecue grill.
