Casa Agresta is located on the first floor and is generously laid out. From the ca. 8x1,25 m balcony, surrounding the apartment, you enjoy the view to the sea over green reeds.
Due to the balcony doors the living/dining room (with TV) appears airy and bright. From here, as well as from the separate kitchen with its beautiful chimney, you have access to your sea-view balcony.
The two bedrooms of the Campania holiday apartment Casa Agresta are furnished with a double bed and twin beds, respectively. From both rooms you have a nice view upon the ancient Velia. Enjoy the view, especially at dusk and at night, when the excavation site is impressively illuminated.
Your bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC. After a day on the beach the outdoor shower comes in handy.
You may park your car on the fenced property.
Anyone wishing not to be dependent on a car during a stay at Casa Agresta does not have to miss out on excursions: The train station of Marina di Ascea is located about 1.5 km from Casa Agresta. From here you have good connections to the southern Cilento (Campania), to the Basilicata and to the coast of Calabria.

Also the sights north of your holiday domicile, e.g. the Greek temples of Paestum, the world-famous Pompeii, the lively town of Salerno, reminding of Naples with its old town centre and the colourful city of Naples itself are comfortably reached by train. Because of the perfect infrastructure in Marina di Ascea and because of its train station, we especially recommend Casa Agresta to train travellers.
