Casa Laino is situated in a green residential district of Scario, only about 400 m from the beach. The two holiday apartments in the attic of Casa Laino have a fantastic 180° panoramic view. The view drifts from the Infreschi maritime wildlife park in the north along the Gulf of Policastro and the fascinating mountains all the way to the famous town of Maratea in the south.
The living space of the two holiday apartments measures about 65 sqm apiece.
Each holiday apartment offers two bedrooms (double bed and two single beds), a spacious living/dining room with Sat-TV, a kitchen with modern built-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washing machine.
On the large balcony, as well as in the living/dining room with glass façade, you may have your meals with sea view. The balcony can be shaded with a sunblind.
The holiday apartment type A has two small additional balconies.
Because the living areas of both apartments may be connected (locked door), Casa Laino is also suited for a large family or two families of friends.
Additional features: outdoor shower and sink for small laundry.
The nearest grocery stores are 800 m, the centre and the harbour of Scario are about 1 km away.
You can park your car at the street in front of the house.
Scario touches the maritime wildlife park Infreschi on the one side. Boats take you to the many picturesque bays of the maritime wildlife park within a few minutes.
On the other side, Scario lies on the edge of the Gulf of Policastro. You will enjoy the amazing panoramic view into the wide bay of the Gulf and towards the mountains of Basilicata and Calabria, which seem to rise directly from the sea.
