Only recently, Casa Leopoldo, named after the father of the family, was completed.
The result is impressive: The holiday apartment laid out for four persons provides a generous 110 sqm of living space, a roof terrace offers sea view at its best, the new furnishing and two bathrooms provide comfort.
Your Pisciotta holiday apartment is on the third floor of Palazzo Pagano, all the rooms of the apartment are on one level.
From the foyer of your holiday apartment you enter the living area with its 45 sqm, a couch suite and Sat-TV (with English channels).
From here and from the eat-in kitchen you can access the roof terrace of your Pisciotta holiday apartment with its wonderful view of the sea. You can have a lovely breakfast here … and in the evening you can review the day while enjoying a glass of red wine and the vivid colours of the setting sun.

Your Pisciotta holiday apartment offers central heating as well as air conditioning with integrated heating ventilation. Thus, Casa Leopoldo can be recommended for a stay in winter, too.
Upon request, the owners will gladly furnish a cot.
To reach the beach of Marina di Pisciotta, you can use a footpath (1 km) or the road (3 km). The beautiful beach has either more sandy or more pebbly sections depending on the current.
In the narrow alleys and stairways of Pisciotta with their palazzi and houses dating from the 16th century, you will experience the unique flair of real Italian village life.
From your holiday apartment, the piazza of Pisciotta is within short walking distance. Small grocery stores and café-bars invite you inside to try typical specialities. A cash dispenser and the post office are not far away either.
Only 150 m from Casa Leopoldo, you will find the Ristorante-Pizzeria "Tre Gufi" (Three Tawny Owls"). Here, at the foot of a grand palazzo, you are seated on a wonderful terrace with view of the sea (… Pizza Castellana is superb!).
Public parking can be found round Pisciotta's "centro storico", which is accessible only on foot. The nearest is about 100 m beneath Palazzo Pagano and from your holiday home.
