In the heart of the labyrinth of stairs in Pisciotta you will enter through a medieval entrance the modern interior of Casa Raffaele.
The apartment, situated on the first floor, covers some 75 sqm with 3 bedrooms (for 5 persons), balcony and roof terrace.
The bedroom with a double bed is very light and spacious and offers access to the balcony, from where you will have a splendid a view to the blue sea and the green mountainside.
The fitted kitchen features a chimney and a very practical hatch to the roof terrace. The spacious living room with TV give access to both the roof terrace and the kitchen. The bathroom (WC/bath tub/bidet) has got a shower curtain, a sink and a washing machine.
From the roof terrace you will enjoy the splendid view to the sea and Cape Palinuro.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning with integrated heating.

On the coastal road from Palinuro to Velia, the medieval village Pisciotta is picturesquely situated on a hill above the Mediterranean Sea.
In the narrow lanes and stairways with their palazzis and 16th century housefronts, you will experience the unique atmosphere of the Italian village life.
In spite of its closeness to the sea, Pisciotta has remained free from the side effects of tourism. Just like hundreds of years ago people live and practice their old customs and traditions.
Casa Raffaele is located in the historical village centre of Pisciotta.
Within a few minutes you will reach the piazza with its grocery stores and bars. Neither are a cash dispenser and the post office far.
Only 150m from the apartment you will find the "Tre Gufi" restaurant ("Three Tawny Owls") which - not only offers delicious dishes (the pizza is superb... ) but - from the foot of the grand palazzo, the highest point of the village - also a splendid view to the sea.
To the beach of Marina di Pisciotta you may use the 1-km footpath or the 3-km road.
The medieval stairways and lanes cannot be used by car or motorcycle. This car free area will bless you with perfect calmness and relaxtion.
Sufficient car parks can be found around the centre (approx. 150 to 200m from the apartment).
Your sporting activities: Swimming, diving, riding, hiking, mountain biking, tennis etc.
Closest train station: Pisciotta-Palinuro.
