- In marvellous location: Villa Adriana in Pisciotta-Caprioli.
When we met the owner of Villa Adriana, which has been completed in 2006, we could feel the pride of the erector: “In the evening I usually stand on the terrace and look upon the Capo Palinuro – there is nothing more beautiful to me than watching the sun set in the sea after closing time.”
We can only agree with that. In secluded location, in the midst of an olive grove above the sea and with a gorgeous view upon the coast of the Cilento, Villa Adriana is situated in Pisciotta-Caprioli. Within ca. 400 m from your holiday domicile you have already reached the pebble beach “Baia di Caprioli” and within ca. 1 km the long sandy beach “Saline”.
From the outside, Villa Adriana impresses by its stylish stone façade, in the typical architecture of the region. The two holiday apartments, one on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor, both have a separate entrance. To each apartment belongs a large, roofed terrace with a splendid view upon the sea and the Palinuro Cape. Having a plate of Cilento specialties you can finish up the day here and enjoy the vastness of the Tyrrhenian Sea spreading at your feet.

Holiday apartment type A for 2-3 persons
The apartment type A on the first floor offers space for 2-3 guests. Centrepiece is the open and ample living/sleeping room with detached kitchen. Large glass façades make the room bright and airy. In your holiday apartment you can also look at the sea from the sleeping area.
The sleeping area is tastefully furnished in arte povera style, for a possible third person there is a sleeping couch in the living area. In the built-in kitchen you find everything you need to prepare Mediterranean delicacies. Your well-tended bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC.

Holiday apartment type B for 4-5 persons
Apartment type B on the ground floor is designed for 4-5 persons. Aside from some details, the furnishing is the same as in apartment A.
However, there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Sleeping facilities for a possible 5th person is provided on the studio couch in the living area. The large picture windows of the spacious living-dining area with adjoining built-in-kitchen offer a great view of the sea. The new bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC.
A washing machine as well as air condition, which may also be used for heating purposes enhance your living comfort. It is especially the somewhat smaller apartment type A which can be recommended also for the cooler months.
You may park your car at the house. The nearest grocery stores you find after 2 km.

Prices per week for the holiday apartments are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating will be charged on the spot at cost price. A deposit of 100 Euro is due upon arrival.
* For a possible 3rd or 5th person a supplement of 25 Euro/week will be charged, respectively, in the periods 03.09.11-30.06.12 and 01.09.12-05.01.13 , in the period 30.06.12-01.09.12 a supplement of 40 Euro/week will be charged.
