At gorgeous Rustico Finestra sul Mare you will get to know the most beautiful face of the Cilento. The lovely holiday apartment with its characteristic quarry stone façade visible from afar lies upon the hills around the idyllic bathing resort of Pioppi and is surrounded by olive trees.

The charming rustico houses altogether four apartments. Your Pioppi holiday apartment covers two floors, the first and second floors of the house. Located on a slope, Finestra sul Mare's private entrance is at ground level.

The front terrace of your holiday apartment is adorned with colourful tiles and a sight for itself. When you return after a long day at the beach, you can cool off under the outdoor shower. 

Furthermore, the house is furnished with Sat-TV with German channels and a fan in the lower bedroom.

You can park your car on the premises of Finestra sul Mare.

The centre of Pioppi with its restaurants, bars and grocery stores as well as its picturesque piazza is only about 700 metres off. It is a beautiful experience to stroll along the seaside promenade which is lined with palm trees.

Pioppi is an ideal starting point for hiking tours, e.g. to Pollica, one of loveliest towns in the western part of the Cilento. Following the valley of Mortelle, passing kitchen gardens, vineyards and fruit orchards, you will enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Ascea, the ruins of Velia and Capo Palinuro. Descending to Acciaroli, you will pass olive groves and cross fragrant macchia. You can take a bus back to Pioppi.

Only a few kilometres from Pioppi lies the old Greek town of Velia. The town is also known for its excavations of the Greek town of Elea (today: Velia), which dates back to the 6^th century B.C.
