Casa Francesca is perfect for all those who appreciate short distances during their holiday. Only about 400 m separate you from the partly sandy, partly rocky beach of Ficocella.
Small stores, beautiful boutiques, café bars and restaurants are found only a few paces from your holiday apartment.
The holiday apartment offers space for up to five guests and is located on the third floor of a residential building in the town centre.
Not only from your roof terrace do you enjoy a marvellous panorama. From the dining area of your holiday apartment you also look upon the sea.
The completely equipped built-in kitchen, a couch group with television and an open fireside create a cosy atmosphere in the living/dining kitchen.
At the same time the room appears friendly and bright due to its large paned fronts facing the sea.
The double bedroom (with double bed) has its own little balcony. An additional bed offers space for a possible fifth person. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds.
Your bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC and washing machine.
Casa Francesca has central heating operated by the open fireside.
You may park your car near the house in about 30 m along the street.

Prices per week for the holiday apartment are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Possible costs for heating (firewood for the fireside and central heating operated by the fireside) will be charged on the spot at cost price. A deposit of 100 Euros is due upon arrival.
The supplement for a possible 5th person will be charged per week.
