Built in 2009, Villa Rosanna with its nice façade is to be found in unique panoramic location on a slope between Marina di Pisciotta and Pisciotta.
From this place, you have got a breathtaking 180º sea view stretching from Capo Palinuro in the south to Punta Licosa in the north. The villa houses three holiday apartments und is at a straight-line distance of about 300 metres from the sea.
After 1.5 kilometres, you will reach the sandy beach of Marina di Pisciotta. In this charming small fishing village, you will also find grocery stores, restaurants and café-bars. A 1.5 kilometre uphill walk will take you to the medieval town of Pisciotta with its charming historic centre where you can experience southern Italian village life at close range.
Villa Rosanna has an inviting exterior: the colourful façade is in perfect harmony with the traditional stone porch. The impressive house is surrounded by a beautifully designed terraced garden.
At ground level, there are two holiday apartments with separate entrances, one laid out for two, the other for four persons.
An outdoor staircase takes you to the third holiday apartment on the upper floor which accommodates up to six persons.
Each apartment has its private outdoor area; thus you will always be able to admire the deep blue sea and the picturesque sunsets.
Holiday apartment for six persons – type A
An outdoor staircase takes you to the 90 m² apartment on the upper floor where you will meet with an incomparable panorama – your eyes roaming from Capo Palinuro in the south to Punta Licosa in the north. You can relax under the southern sun on two 16 m² terraces and a small balcony. In the large kitchen-cum-living room you will find, among other things, a dish washer and a full oven. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, the third is a twin. The two bathrooms offer shower, WC and bidet.
Holiday apartment for four persons – type B
The 50 m² holiday apartment for four persons is located on the ground floor to the left. Besides the roofed front terrace, there is a ca. 30 m² side terrace as well as a share of garden. These are wonderful places to have your meals and to relax while enjoying a view of Capo Palinuro, the green surroundings and the deep blue sea.
The apartment’s interior is tastefully furnished. The bright and light flooded kitchen-cum-living room is equipped with a full oven, among other things. The apartment includes two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
Holiday apartment for two persons – type C
The holiday apartment for two persons is located on the ground floor to the right. On its ca. 12 m² roofed sea view terrace, you can enjoy your holiday to the full. Upon entering the ca. 40 m² apartment, you will find the kitchen-cum-living room which is equipped with a full oven, among other things. Furthermore, there is a double bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
Each holiday apartment offers Sat-TV and washing machine.
A children’s cot can be furnished upon request.
You can park your car on the premises of Villa Rosanna.
