During a holiday at Casa Passariello, you feel so close to Neptune, God of the Sea, as if you were actually staying in his dominion: the azure coloured open sea. On the apartment's balcony, from which you can almost touch the water's surface, you feel the light breeze and inhale the fantastically fresh scent of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Enjoy the sun's rays and, right in the morning, during breakfast, the view of the seemingly infinite horizon as well as of the mountainous green coastal landscape of the Cilento.
Casa Passariello is located right by the sea, not far from the "lungomare" of the completive fishing village of Marina di Pisciotta.
There, time seems to have stood still. Without a trace of hurry, fishermen tend to their daily work, as they have been doing for centuries. The serenity of Marina di Pisciotta's inhabitants passes on to its visitors and you feel completely at ease, in the midst of southern Italian idyll and tranquillity.
After only about 300 metres, you arrive at the gently sloping beach, which has either more sandy or more pebbly sections, depending on the current. However, you have also got the possibility of taking a refreshing plunge into the water directly in front of your holiday apartment.
When entering Casa Passariello, you at once notice the apartment's tasteful interior and high quality furniture. As a vacationer you want for nothing. Be it TV, radio, CD player or washing machine, the functional furnishing leaves nothing to be desired.
The fireside promises cosiness and on cool spring evenings it provides for convenient warmth. Central heating guarantees pleasant holidays during winter months and air conditioning provides welcome refreshment on hot days.
The apartment of Casa Passariello is accessible via an outdoor staircase taking you to the first floor of the house. On the first floor, on the left hand side, you will find the spacious kitchen-cum-living room as well as a utility room.
The ca. 23 m² living room offers a couch, a dining table and a fireside. On the balcony, seemingly right above the sea, you can enjoy an extensive breakfast or recall the day's events in the evenings while sipping a glass of wine.
A staircase with marble clad steps takes you from the living room to the second floor where you'll find a spacious double bedroom with a small extra bed, a children's room with queen-size bed and the modern bathroom.
The bathroom with its black and white tiles is equipped with washbasin, bidet, bathtub with shower cabin and WC. This floor, too, offers a balcony, which is accessible from the bedroom. Thus, right after getting up, you can take in the sea air and the freshness of the Mediterranean summer.
At Marina di Pisciotta, there is no through traffic. Casa Passariello is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. You will find a grocery store, restaurants and café bars near your accommodation.
