Literally only a stone’s throw from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, the Greco family’s Villa Rita is situated:
After only 100 m you easily reach the beautiful sandy beach bay Calanca on foot.
Only about 200 m from the villa the first bars, restaurants and shops of Marina di Camerota’s centro storico are found.
Through small alleys you stroll to the splendid Piazza San Domenico.
Your holiday apartment, located on the second floor of the house, has three balconies (!).
The bedroom (with double bed) and the kitchen-cum-living room each have a balcony, from which you enjoy an amazing view to the sea and to the "Calanca".
The third balcony, surrounded by a violet bougainvillea, lies separately, to the right side of the front door.
The kitchen-cum-living room is tastefully furnished with a modern fitted kitchen, a double sleeping couch (for a possible 3rd and 4th person) and TV.
In the house there is a washing machine for shared use.
The apartment is equipped with central heating and W-LAN.
Your may park your car in front of the house.
The guests of Villa Rita can use the swimming-pool of 
Villa Torre delle Viole, which is about 50 m off.
From 2010 on you can also use its sauna and fitness room.
Because of the central location in the town a car is not necessary. Therefore the apartment is ideally suited also for train travellers.
Our tip:
From the sandy beach bay Calanca, which has a small offshore island, a beautiful hiking trail leads past the Saracen tower Fenosa (also known as Torre delle Viole) along the coast to the beach bay of Capo Grosso.
Especially recommendable are the gorgeous sunsets!

Sauna and fitness room: at an extra charge.
Umbrellas and deck chairs on sandy Calanca Beach can be rented from the owners.
Transfer from/to the train station in Centola is possible at an extra charge.
