Villa Cosenza offers you calmness and relaxation, without losing touch with the typical South Italian village life.

The Cosenza Family has built their beautiful villa at the end of a dead alley, in a quiet and green housing area on one of Marina di Camerota´s hills - with an open view of the sea.

The village centre of Calanca and the sandy beach are only 1 km away, the closest grocery store only 600 m.

There are three holiday apartments (two of type A on the ground floor, appartment Rosa and Mimosa, one of type B underneath the roof terrace, appartment Glicine). All of them are clean and well-tended.  

The two larger apartments (type A) feature two bedrooms, one large kitchen-living-room (sleeping couch, Sat-TV), a bathroom with shower/WC.

Each apartment has it own, separate terrace.

The smaller apartment (type B) features one only bedroom (double bed plus spare bed), but is otherwise identically furnished.

Each apartment has got an own, separate terrace (type A: 20 sq.m; type B: 10 sq.m.).
The smaller of the holiday apartments - separately located beneath the sun roof - features, in addition, a separate garden of 40 sq.m.
Beside the house there is a swimming pool with deck-chairs and sunshades. The pool is open from the beginning of May until October (changes due to weather conditions possible). The pool may only be used by guests of the house and the proprietors. 


In front of the pool a common sun terrace (over 60 sqm) offers you a splendid view of the sea.

The apartments are managed by the grandmother, Signora Gabriela Cosenza, a former teacher and a really charming lady, the personification of the class of this estate.

You can park your car on the lockable premises.
