On the ca. 8 hectare property with its ancient olive groves you can wonderfully stroll around, read a good book beneath knobby branches, listen to the chirp of the crickets and indulge in the rural idyll.
Children will not only be happy to use the playground specially built for them, but also have fun to play hide and seek behind the trees and roam around joyfully.
Let your gaze wander and enjoy the marvellous panorama of the sea and the coastal landscape of the Cilento. The nearest sandy beach San Domenico is reached within 2 km in a couple of minutes’ drive.
With much love for details and an appreciation of taste, the sympathetic owners have constructed in 2006 on this amazing property
- two one-storey semi-detached houses with altogether 4 holiday apartments type A for 4 guests each and
- one two-storey house with altogether 5 holiday apartments, with 2 holiday apartments type B on the first floor for 4 guests each and 3 holiday apartments type C on the ground floor for 2 guests each.
The terracotta-coloured façades and the pretty natural stone elements give the houses their friendly look. In the construction of the holiday apartments the owner took care to offer their guests a lot of privacy. All apartments have separate entrances and private outdoor areas.
The two holiday apartments of type A and B we have chosen for you are both for 4 guests, similarly outlined and offer the same amenities. From both the ground-floor apartment in one of the semi-detached houses (type A) and the first-floor apartment in the second building (type B) you have a wonderful sea view.
Upon request we will also gladly reserve the ground-floor apartments type C for two people each. Please enquire!
The apartments are furnished in the arte povera style typical of the Cilento. High-quality materials create a comfortable room atmosphere.
In the cosy kitchen-cum-living room with couch and satellite TV you will also enjoy passing time on cooler days. Everything a holiday cook needs to prepare delicious dishes is found in the modern built-in kitchen made of solid wood.
From your kitchen-cum-living room you have access to the roofed sea-view terrace (ground-floor apartment) or the roofed sea-view balcony (first-floor apartment). A panorama breakfast provides for the right start into a new day of your vacation, at night you can watch romantic sunsets above the “Tirreno” from here, while having a glass of Cilentanian red wine and a bowl of olives.
The two tastefully furnished bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds) provide for sweet dreams. In one of the bedrooms of the first-floor apartment you wake up in the morning looking upon the sea. Your new bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC.
A private washing machine is at your disposal in your apartment. Upon request, the owners will gladly provide a grill on which you can prepare Italian specialties after a day on the beach.
You may park your car on the fenced property. The nearest grocery shops, bars, restaurants and a number of small stores are found within about 2 km in Marina di Camerota.

Weekly prices for the holiday apartments (type A and B) are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating (electric heating fans) will be charged on the spot at cost price. A deposit of 100 Euro is due upon arrival.
