Sitting on a balcony directly above the sea and listening to the rolling waves with a glass of red wine in the hand… this holiday dream comes true in Casa Pantalena.
When the owners showed us their apartment, the landlady told us: “Look at this sea and these colours. I sit on my balcony… and am happy.”
Casa Pantalena is situated in exclusive location right next to the picturesque Calanca bay.
10 m to the sea, 30 m to the first, smaller beach and 150 m to the gorgeous, wide and fine sandy beach of Calanca: Lovers of the sea will truly find their holiday paradise here.
The beautiful old town centre of Marina di Camerota with its many small shops is reached within 200 m only.
Having a “caffè“ on the central Piazza San Domenico and watching the lively hustle and bustle, being seduced by the sweets from the pasticceria: whoever wants to spend holidays in a charming place near the sea and not depend on a car, will be delighted by Casa Pantalena.
Your holiday apartment is located on the first floor and has been renovated in 2006. Thus, it is the landlady’s wish to rent it to non-smokers only.
The interior has been furnished with a hand for taste.
From the spacious living/dining area you have access to the balcony. Due to the two glass doors, the room is bright and airy. Additionally, you enjoy a fantastic view upon the sea from here, as well.
The furniture appears elegant and at the same time friendly. Satellite TV with German and English channels and air condition, which may also be used as heating, provide for additional comfort. There is room for two additional guests on the sleeping couch.
In the separate and modern built-in kitchen you also find a dishwasher and washing machine.
The large double bedroom is comfortably cook in the summer and stores warmth in the winter. Your bathroom is equipped with shower/bidet/WC.
You find parking spots in the cul-de-sac next to the house.
Casa Pantalena in Marina di Camerota is located in the central area of the Cilento. Excursions to the north and the south are equally uncomplicated. To the south lies the splendid coastal stretch near Maratea, the north of the Cilento offers highlights such as the small mountain town of Castellabate (UNESCO world cultural heritage) and the famous ancient Greek temples of Paestum.
Casa Pantalena is also ideal for activity-loving vacationers, who want to explore the Cilento during hiking tours. Various panoramic trails have their starting and endpoint in the picturesque fishing town… not least the Infreschi maritime wildlife park and boat tours to the grottoes around Marina di Camerota are worthwhile.

Prices per week for the holiday apartment are valid for the number of persons given in brackets and incl. bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating will be charged on the spot at cost price. A deposit of 150 Euro is due upon arrival.
Please note: it is not allowed to smoke in Casa Pantalena.
