The holiday apartment we have chosen, „Casa Sabbia“, is accessible via an outdoor staircase (separate entrance) and is located on the first floor.
The summer-like furnishings create a cheerful charm in your well-kept holiday apartment. „Casa Sabbia“ owes its name to its primarily sandy colours. All the rooms appear bright and are friendly arranged.
The holiday apartment is accessed via the roofed terrace. Here you can start into your day while enjoying a sea view breakfast, „cornetto e cappuccino“ or simply relax in a deck chair.
The cosy living room has two sofas, one of which is suitable as a sleeping facility two additional persons. The living area with its access of the sea view terrace offers Sat-TV, DVD player and radio.
The roofed terrace is also accessible from the kitchen, in which you will find the new built-in kitchen and a small dining table with two chairs. The washing machine comes in especially handy during a longer holiday.
The bedroom, with double bed and fashionably and tastefully furnished, gives onto another balcony which offers a view of the sea and of the mountains.
Furthermore, it has an ensuite bathroom. This and the second bathroom of Casa Sabbia are equipped with shower/WC/bidet.
Two pellet stoves provide for comfortable temperatures if outside temperatures are lower.
Your car can be parked in the street in front of the house. Should you travel by train, the owner is willing to pick you up at the station Agropoli-Castellabate upon request and for an extra fee.
Besides, the owner of Villa Melina is a passionate sailor. If desired, he will be pleased to take you for a trip on his boat.
Also climbing Monte Licosa (326 m) is worthwhile: Those who make it to the top are rewarded with a 360° view. The tour is also suited for families with children.
