From family Laudano’s free-standing estate, your view takes in the wide plain of Velia and the excavations of the Old Greek town with its characteristic Saracen tower which are only a stone’s throw away.

The Agriturismo is ideal for holidays with children – besides the playgrounds with swings and seesaws and a spacious garden, there is a pool which not only the little ones will enjoy. The pool is open from June 01st to Sept. 30th.
Various games, the nearby kilometres of gently sloping sandy beach and last but not least the fact that the owners have got two small children, too, leave no room for boredom.
At Fattoria del Cilento, you can choose from three different kinds of accommodation: guest rooms with double bed and if required additional bunk bed, the spacious family solution "country houses" (two guest rooms with bath) and holiday apartments. It is a guest room and a country house that we have chosen exclusively for our guests.
The tastefully furnished guest room with double bed offers TV, heating and an en suite bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hair dryer. On hot summer days, a ceiling fan provides for pleasant coolness. At Fattoria del Cilento, there are also guest rooms for 4 persons, furnished with a double bed and an additional bunk bed.

At the "country house", which is particularly suitable for families and has its own entrance, there are two bedrooms with a double bed each and a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hair dryer. You will also find a TV, air conditioning and a refrigerator. The layout of one of the country houses at the Agriturismo is disabled friendly.
Two of the three holiday apartments at Fattoria del Cilento offer two bedrooms with a double bed each, an additional sofa bed, a kitchen-cum-living room and a bathroom. In the third holiday apartment „Velia“, there are four bedrooms with a double bed each, two bathrooms and a large kitchen-cum-living room. All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and terraces.
The owner will gladly provide a children’s cot if required.
In the spacious outdoor areas, where you will find, among other things, a roofed terrace and garden swings, you can enjoy your holidays to the full. A special attraction next to the pool is the outdoor pizza oven, so in summer you might be served pizza at the pool.
At the on-site restaurant, you can enjoy typical Cilento specialities. The premises around Fattoria del Cilento are planted with vegetables as well as numerous olive and fruit trees.
In the kitchen, the mother of Angelo, the owner, uses these precious home-grown products – above all olive oil – for preparing meals.
Dieta Mediterranea is the cuisine’s guideline; family Laudano can even look back upon old connections with the founder of this diet, Ancel Keys. The aunt of family Laudano, Delia Notaro, was family Keys’ cook for over 25 years. Taking her traditional Cilento recipes as a basis, Ancel Keys developed the guidelines of his famous „Mediterranean Diet“. Having done a lot of tasting ourselves, we cannot but highly recommend the meals at Fattoria del Cilento!

Besides the restaurant, there is a lounge where you can sit together comfortably and where you can also watch Sat-TV.
Coming in handy for the organization of your leisure activities: Family Laudano rents out bicycles and canoes. Upon request, the owners also offer excursions into the surrounding area.
The owner of Fattoria del Cilento is an enthusiastic fisherman. At the Agriturismo you can register for the so-called "pescaturismo" – it will take you out to sea with the fishermen for a day and you can watch them doing their job and help them with fishing.
Cars can be parked on the premises of Fattoria del Cilento.
